Incentive Terms

$100 iPhone subsidy

To receive the iPhone subsidy you must:

• Have or buy an iPhone 3G with voice and data service
• Use RideCell-GT at least twice per week on average for the duration of the trial (3 months)

iPhone subsidies will be paid monthly on a prorated basis over the duration of the trial

$50 gas credit

To receive the gas credit you must:

• Have a cell phone with voice and text messaging service
• Use RideCell-GT at least twice per week on average for the duration of the trial (3 months)

RideCell will pay 50% of the cost of the Rider's portion of gas cost up to $50. Gas credits will be paid monthly over the duration of the trial.

$50 gas credit on Buzzcard for Drivers

To receive the Buzzcard gas credit you must:

• Have a cell phone with voice and text messaging service
• Use RideCell-GT at least twice per week on average for the duration of the trial (3 months)

RideCell will pay 50% of the cost of the Driver's portion of gas cost up to $50. Gas credits will be paid monthly over the duration of the trial.
